2 Soldiers Moving is a fully licensed and insured professional moving company. Please advise us if upon booking your move you do require a certificate of insurance (COI). Please be advised if you are seeking full replacement value insurance this needs to be communicated prior to booking, otherwise we offer basic coverage (released value protection)

We reserve the right to cancel any move we feel involves unsafe,unsanitary conditions   This includes severely inclement weather, which would lead to unsafe driving conditions. In the rare event we have any unforeseen circumstances or mechanical issues with the truck intended for your move date, we will advise you immediately.  We will make every effort to resolve the issue or replace the truck.  In this event, please be advised there may be a delay in the crews arrival time, or extreme case we may cancel the move. We also reserve the right to cancel any move where our crew or administration is being verbally Harassed or insulted.

• Vehicles (cars, trucks ,motorcycles ect)
• Weapons and ammunition 
• Pool Tables
• Hot Tubs
• Plants
• Hazardous Materials (paint, aerosols, ect)
• Explosives
• Misc. exercise/ weight equipment (dumbbells)
• Valuables (jewelry, important documents, money, ect)
• Prescription medication
• Pets
• Perishable Food 
• Corrosive Materials
• Flammable Materials (propane, tanks, gas tanks, ect)
• Power equipment with fuel tank (fuel tank must be emptied 24 hours prior to move)
• Fish or other animal enclosures (enclosure must be drained or otherwise emptied) 

If you have any questions regarding these items, please advise us and we will provide you with a detailed list defining each category.

For minor damages, we cannot file an insurance claim.  If you do feel damages have occurred do to the fault of our move crew, please advise our customer care team as soon as possible.  We will then assess the damage and determine an appropriate level of compensation.

 We are not responsible for furniture made of press board or compressed wood, such as Ikea furniture. Over time these types of furniture lose their stability and structural integrity, especially if the item has been relocated more than once. 

Our move teams take extreme care and caution when loading and  transporting cardboard boxes and totes. We cannot verify the contents or the condition of items packed within boxes and or totes and therefore will not be held responsible for damages to packed items.  Please ensure boxes that contain fragile items be properly labelled as such.  If you would like us to provide you with proper packing techniques, we would be more than happy to help.

Oversized/Abnormally heavy furniture poses a Significantly higher damage risk and rate then average household furniture. These types of items need to be communicated to us during or before your estimate. We will not be held accountable for any damages that occur during the relocation with these items this includes (walls, flooring and the item(s)) However be advised that we will take every precaution necessary to prevent damages.

 We will not accept or be liable for any damages occurred to items in open top, improper packaged cartons or damaged boxes, as this creates a high risk of damage to your personal property as it effects the standard of our stacking and transportation process also the risk of potential injury from falling items on our employees. 

 2 Soldiers Moving is not responsible for furniture and goods damaged during the transportation of a third party as we can not provide reason for any transportation errors that may have caused the load to move.

LCD, LED, OLED and plasma televisions are highly susceptible to damage from occurances such as extreme temperatures, slight bumps during travel, ect. We highly recommend the use of the original packaging or a store purchased television box(es)when relocating your television(s).  If original packaging is not  available we will make every effort to protectively wrap your television with the use of moving pads, however in the outcome of damage we are ultimately not responsible for damages occurred to these highly fragile televisions.  

Please empty all dresser drawers, file cabinets, freezers, refrigerators and desk drawers prior to your move teams arrival. Remember that drawers that are full not only add extra weight, but can affect the structural integirigity of pieces in transit.  

On each move standard tools are provided for basic assembly and disassembly. The most common items we assemble/disassemble are beds, mirrors from dressers and legs from dining room tables. Our movers can provide this service for basic household items only at the companies discretion .  Items that require special knowledge and or special tools are the clients responsibility. 

Please note disassembly and reassembly is a courtesy service and not guaranteed .  Our movers are not specially trained for advanced assembly/disassembly and may not be able to provide this service for all items. We do not guarantee re-assembly of any item(s).  

Our teams work extremely efficient in order to meet your given estimate timeline. Please be advised that your estimate is only an estimate and not a firm contact. All moves are subjected to a 3 hour min. 

Upon booking your move or holding a date with our company we do require a security deposit is placed.  This deposit is non refundable should you choose to cancel your move. Your deposit amount will be subtracted from your invoice total. 

All payment is required to be paid in full upon completion of your move, prior to our crews departure.  

We reserve the right to take legal action on any unpaid balance.  This includes up to 3 times the total invoice amount and any pertaining legal fees. Daily interest charges of 5% will apply on any unpaid balance.

If a processing time is required, it must be approved by our office manager prior to the move date.
