2 Soldiers Moving is fully licensed and insured. Certificates of insurance are available on request. Standard coverage is released-value protection; full replacement-value coverage can be arranged before booking, just ask.
Our crew may cancel or stop a move for unsafe or unsanitary conditions, severe weather, truck or mechanical issues, or verbal harassment of staff. The safety of everyone involved comes first.
For safety and liability reasons we do not move: pianos, vehicles, weapons or ammunition, pool tables, hot tubs, plants, hazardous, explosive, corrosive or flammable materials, exercise equipment, valuables (jewellery, cash, documents), prescription medication, pets, perishable food, fueled power equipment, or undrained fish tanks and animal enclosures.
Please report any damage to our customer care right after the move. Minor damage is not covered under insurance claims. Pressboard and flat-pack (IKEA-style) furniture is moved at your risk, it is not designed to be disassembled and reassembled repeatedly. We are not liable for the contents of boxes or totes you packed yourself.
Abnormally heavy or oversized furniture carries inherent risk; we'll tell you honestly what we think before we lift. Flat-screen TVs are fragile by nature, we recommend original packaging where possible. Doors are removed only when necessary and with your approval. Please empty drawers and cabinets before moving day. Disassembly and reassembly is done as a courtesy where practical.
All estimates are non-binding and carry a 3-hour minimum; final cost is based on actual time. Booking deposits are non-refundable. Payment is due in full on completion of the move, by cash, e-transfer, credit card or Bitcoin.
